Welcome to the Morriña Fest 2027 in A Coruña

Morriña Fest is one of the main summer music festivals in northern Spain, staged at the port of A Coruña. The 2027 edition has been announced, but no exact dates have been confirmed: Spain’s official tourism portal still lists 2027 as to be confirmed. The last edition ran from 24 to 26 July 2026 at Muelle de Batería.

Highlights & Attractions at Morriña Fest in A Coruña

  • Open-air stages on the harbour, with the water and the city as a backdrop
  • A mix of pop, urban, indie, Latin and electronic music
  • National and international headliners across several evenings
  • In 2026 the bill included Juanes, Myke Towers, Manuel Turizo, Young Miko, Hard GZ and Belén Aguilera
  • An electronic day in the Brunch Electronik format, with Paul Kalkbrenner and Maceo Plex in 2026
  • Two stages on the main nights, most recently Estrella Galicia and Ron Negrita
  • A cashless wristband for bars, food stalls and merchandise, as used in 2026

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027

No official 2027 dates have been published. The festival website closed the 2026 edition by saying it will see audiences again in A Coruña in 2027. Recent editions point to a July weekend of several evening sessions. In 2026 gates opened around 18:20 on Friday and 18:45 on Saturday, with the last sets finishing after 02:00. Friday and Saturday focused on pop, urban and Latin music; Sunday was given over to electronic music.

There is no 2027 line-up yet. Artist names and day-by-day times will appear on morrinafestival.com once they are confirmed. Until then, any schedule should be treated as unconfirmed. Recent editions used Muelle de Batería inside Puerto de A Coruña as the main site. Some earlier side performances have occasionally used other spots in the city, including the Méndez Núñez gardens; that is not confirmed for 2027.

Tickets & Admission for Morriña Fest A Coruña

Tickets for 2027 are not on sale, and no prices have been published for the new edition. In 2026 the launch price for passes was 75 euros including fees, with higher price tiers after that allocation sold out. Local reporting put the three-day pass at 105 euros; day tickets and a two-day pass were also available. Upgrading a two-day pass to three days cost 10 euros in 2026. Buy only through https://www.morrinafestival.com/. Third-party resale is risky.

Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in A Coruña

  • Muelle de Batería is inside the port, postcode 15006. From A Coruña railway station it is a short bus or taxi ride, or about a 20- to 30-minute walk depending on the route. A Coruña Airport (LCG) is about 8 km out of town, with bus and taxi links into the city.
  • July on the Atlantic coast is mild, but evenings are often windy and damp. A light jacket and sturdy shoes are more useful than summer clothes alone. Rain is possible.
  • Hotels in the old town and the Ensanche fill up quickly in high summer. Book early, especially if the festival again lands on a July weekend.
  • In 2026 tickets were exchanged at the gate for a personal, non-transferable wristband, which was the only way to pay inside the site. Whether 2027 works the same way is not yet confirmed.
  • The city centre is compact. After the shows it is easy to walk the old town, the seafront and the harbour. City buses and taxis are the simplest way back to a hotel at night.
