Welcome to the Music On Festival 2027 in Amsterdam
Music On Festival 2027 takes place on Saturday 1 May and Sunday 2 May at Meerpark in Amsterdam. The dates are confirmed by the organiser. Loveland Events’ open-air house, tech-house and techno weekend lands in the east of the city – Radioweg 64, 1098 NJ Amsterdam – and marks the festival’s 10-year anniversary. The 2026 edition was cancelled after the municipality withdrew the permit; 2027 is the next full edition.

The official FAQ states that the 2026 artists are confirmed for 2027. Saturday: Alisha, AMÉMÉ, Calvin Clarke, Davide Squillace, Easttown, Franky Rizardo, Idriss D, Jay De Lys, Joey Daniel, Josh Baker, Luke Dean, Marco Carola, Max Dean and Wade. Sunday: Ale de Tuglie, Da Vid, Dennis Cruz, East End Dubs, Frank Storm, Franky Rizardo, Grace Arribas, Ilario Alicante, Joëlla Jackson, Luciano, Marco Carola, Mason Collective and Sosa. Stage-by-stage set times are usually published shortly before the event.
In recent years the site opened at 12:00 on Saturday and 13:00 on Sunday, closing at 23:00 both days, with last entry at 22:00. Hours for 2027 may differ – check musiconfestival.nl before you travel. A separate after-event (Music On By Night) has been held at another venue in previous years and is not included in the open-air ticket.

Valid tickets for the cancelled 2026 edition remain valid for Music On Festival 2027, according to the organiser (including pre-bought lockers and shuttle add-ons). General on-sale for new 2027 tickets had not started at the time of research; the official mailing list will be notified. For orientation, the last published 2026 face-value prices (euro, final release, rounded) were: Sunday day ticket from about 50 euro, Saturday day ticket from about 70 euro, weekend pass from about 100 euro, backstage passes around 200–250 euro. 2027 prices may change. Buy only via musiconfestival.nl (CM.com / Yourticketprovider) or official resale partner TicketSwap. The event is 18+; entry can be refused without valid photo ID.
Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Amsterdam
- Getting there: navigation address Radioweg 64, 1098 NJ Amsterdam. Plan tram, bus or train via 9292.nl or ns.nl. Previous editions ran a shuttle from Amsterdam Amstel (return typically 5 euro per day). Cycling is encouraged, with large bike parking on site. The taxi rank was last at Carolina MacGillavrylaan. Nearest airport: Amsterdam Schiphol, then train towards Amstel or Science Park.
- Weather and clothing: early May in Amsterdam is often 12–18 °C, with showers and wind. Pack layers, closed shoes and a light rain jacket or poncho. The site is open-air; stages are usually in tents.
- Where to stay: there is no festival camping. Hotels and apartments in Amsterdam East (Watergraafsmeer, Science Park, Amstel) cut travel time; the centre is a tram ride away. Early May can be busy – book early.
- On site: previous editions used tokens (Saturday tokens worked on Sunday at the festival, not at Music On By Night), lockers online or on site, and last entry one hour before close. Large bags, liquids, professional cameras and sharp items were not allowed.
- Use official channels only: musiconfestival.nl for tickets, lineup and shuttle info. 2026 ticket holders do not need to do anything unless they already chose a refund. Guest-list spots are not automatically rolled over to 2027.
