The public highlight is the fireworks at midnight on 31 December 2026 from the Confluence. Arrive early at one of the listed viewpoints. For safety, the Enjambée bridge is closed from 23:30 until around 00:30; use Pont de Jambes or Pont des Ardennes instead. The display is a classic, non-silent fireworks show.
From late November, Namur en Lumière turns the old town into a winter festival with chalets, mulled wine, carousels, an ice rink (usually until 4 January) and artistic light installations.
