Welcome to Neopop Festival 2027
From 5 to 7 August 2027, the historic Forte de Santiago da Barra in Viana do Castelo once again becomes the stage for the Neopop Festival, one of Portugal's most respected electronic music festivals. Set right on the Atlantic coast, the festival has drawn techno and house fans from across Europe for more than two decades.

Program
Neopop Festival returns to its original name in 2027 after the 2026 edition, branded "Antipop", celebrated the festival's 20th anniversary. The full 2027 lineup has not yet been announced. In previous years the bill has featured internationally known names such as Nina Kraviz, Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, Laurent Garnier and Ben Klock across several stages, including the Heineken Neo Stage, the Anti Stage and the Back Stage. Doors traditionally open around 7:00 PM on the first two days and later, around 10:00 PM, on the final day, with the party running into the early morning hours.
Tickets
Official advance sales for 2027 have opened, though exact pricing for the upcoming edition has not yet been confirmed by the organizers. For reference, in 2026 daily tickets cost between roughly 45 and 65 euros, the full three day festival pass was around 124 euros and the Plus pass with VIP access was around 216 euros. Tickets are available through the official website.
Visitor Tips
- Tickets are personalized and non refundable; resale is not possible.
- The easiest way to arrive is via Porto Airport (about 45 minutes away) or by train or bus to Viana do Castelo.
- On several days there is no reentry once you leave; bring everything you need before going through the gates.
- Book accommodation in Viana do Castelo early, as the town fills up quickly during the festival.
- Camping is available through the official Neocamping area near the beach (festival pass holders only, registration required in advance).
