About this event
Nuremberg Pop, Southern Germany's biggest club and showcase festival, will take place from 8 to 10 October 2026 in Nuremberg's old town. Around 80 acts will transform the historic city centre into a stage for new and established music over three days.
The festival brings international and national artists to the clubs and venues of the old town. Already confirmed acts include German electro duo Modeselektor, Austrian indie-pop duo Cari Cari, and Irish post-punk band Sprints. Tickets are available from €55, with festival passes costing up to €65.
Beyond the concerts, the festival also offers an industry programme: the POP CONFERENCE is aimed at music industry professionals and provides a platform for exchange and networking. In addition, the GUNDA Pop Culture Award will be presented during the festival, honouring outstanding achievements in the field of pop culture.
The club and showcase festival concept allows visitors to explore multiple venues in the compact old town in a single evening and discover a wide variety of artists. The short distances between venues make Nuremberg Pop a particularly accessible festival format. With around 80 acts spread over three days, the festival offers a broad spectrum from electro to indie to post-punk.
Since its founding, the festival has established itself as an important platform for emerging artists and as a meeting point for the Southern German music scene. The combination of its showcase character, presenting new talent, alongside established acts attracts both music fans and industry representatives.
Festival passes for Nuremberg Pop 2026 are available in advance sales. Prices range between €55 and €65 for access to all participating venues during the festival period. Due to the distribution across the entire old town, early planning of desired concert visits is recommended once detailed schedules are published.
