Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
The main day of the Octopus Festival 2027 is the second Sunday of August. From morning onwards the stands in the Municipal Park open, where the famous cooks prepare octopus in traditional copper pots and serve it with olive oil, salt and paprika. During the day charangas and folk groups provide entertainment, while concerts and dances take place on the Plaza Mayor in the evening. In the weeks before, wine fairs, children’s activities and a giant-plate record attempt are often held.
