Welcome to the Opladener Bierbörse 2027 in Leverkusen
The Opladener Bierbörse is known as the “mother of all beer exchanges” and ranks among Germany’s largest and most traditional beer festivals. Since 1987 the event has taken place on the meadow grounds at Schusterinsel in Leverkusen-Opladen and attracts tens of thousands of visitors every year. With around 70 to 80 stalls and hundreds of beer specialties from around the world, it offers a unique variety of beers, live music and summer festival atmosphere.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
The Opladener Bierbörse traditionally takes place over four days in July and is scheduled around the second weekend of July to accommodate the summer holidays. Exact dates for 2027 will be announced by the organiser. Opening hours are usually Friday and Saturday from 3 p.m. to midnight and Sunday and Monday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The programme includes the official opening with barrel tapping, live concerts and the traditional closing show with Guildo Horn. The event offers a relaxed open-air atmosphere focused on beer variety and sociability.
