Welcome to Palmenrausch 2027 in Essen
On 6 March 2027, Palmenrausch brings the Mallorca feeling to the Ruhr region: at the Grugahalle Essen, fans of Malle Schlager party with their stars for several hours. Instead of a tiny stage and endless drink queues on the island, you get a big indoor party right on your doorstep.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
Palmenrausch takes place on Saturday, 6 March 2027, at the Grugahalle Essen (Messeplatz 2). Doors open at 17:00, the show starts at 18:00 and the end is announced for 01:00. Stars of the Malle Schlager scene take turns on stage, accompanied by DJ Oli P. and host Jan Kunath.

Tickets & Admission for Palmenrausch Essen
The Early Bird price for standing and seated tickets is 39.95 euros plus booking fee; according to the organiser it applies until 31 October 2026, after which prices rise. VIP tickets cost 209 euros. A crew ticket for groups lets you pay for ten tickets and admit eleven people. No box office is planned on the evening, so buy your tickets in advance through the official ticket shop.
The minimum age is 16. Guests aged 16 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult with written authorisation, and the companion needs their own ticket. No entry is possible under 16. Guests under 18 are not served spirits, long drinks or shots.

- The Grugahalle is located at Messeplatz 2 in Essen; plan your return trip with public transport in mind, as the event ends at 01:00
- Early March is still cool in the Ruhr region, so bring a warm jacket for the way to the hall and wear your Mallorca party outfit underneath
- If you travel from further away, book hotels in Essen and the surrounding area early, especially for the Saturday night
- Bring a valid photo ID; guests aged 18 and over need it for entry
- Buy tickets during the Early Bird period, as there is no box office and the price rises after 31 October 2026
