Welcome to the Pink Lake Festival 2027 in Velden am Wörthersee
The Pink Lake Festival 2027 celebrates its 20th anniversary from 23 to 29 August at Lake Wörthersee. The international LGBTQ* community and friends gather in the Velden and Pörtschach area for a week of beats, lakeside vibes, diversity and pure summer joy on Austria’s most beautiful lake.

Pink Lake Festival 2027 runs for a full week from 23 to 29 August. During the day the Beach Club offers relaxation, swimming and summery DJ vibes. In the evenings and nights, club nights, the Almrausch Party and especially the Boat Cruise Party create a lively atmosphere. The detailed daily programme with all acts and times is continuously updated on the official website. The mix of pop, electronic and dance beats, drag performances and community events makes the festival one of Europe’s most important LGBTQ* events.
Tickets & Admission for Pink Lake Festival Velden am Wörthersee
Festival tickets for 2027 are available via the official website. Limited early-bird quotas sold out quickly; current prices typically range from around €99 to €250 depending on category and timing (festival pass including access to the Beach Club and key parties). Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Velden am Wörthersee
- Travel: Take the train to Pörtschach or Velden am Wörthersee (good connections via Klagenfurt). From Klagenfurt Airport it is about 30–40 minutes.
- Pack light summer clothes, comfortable shoes and something warmer for cooler evenings by the lake. Don’t forget swimwear.
- Book accommodation in Pörtschach and Velden early – the festival is very popular and the region fills up quickly.
- Use public transport, shuttles and boats; parking is limited.
