Welcome to Provinssi Festival 2027 in Seinäjoki
Provinssi Festival is one of the biggest and most traditional music festivals in Finland and Northern Europe. Since 1979, the scenic park of Törnävänsaari in Seinäjoki has been transformed each summer into a vibrant festival city. In 2027, Provinssi makes a historic change: for the first time ever, the festival moves to July, taking place from 1 to 3 July 2027. Over three days, Provinssi brings together international headliners, beloved Finnish artists and exciting new discoveries across multiple stages.

Program
The full 2027 lineup will be announced through the official website provinssi.fi and the Provinssi App. The festival has a strong tradition of mixing major international names with the finest Finnish talent, covering genres from rock and metal to pop, indie and electronic music. Previous editions have been headlined by artists such as Bring Me The Horizon, The Prodigy, Bad Omens and Wolf Alice. Beyond the music, the Törnävänsaari festival site offers a wide range of food options, art installations and side programmes throughout the day and night.
Tickets
Tickets for Provinssi Festival 2027 are available through the official ticket shop at provinssi.fi and via Lippu.fi. Available ticket types include single-day and multi-day passes for adults, discounted youth tickets for ages 13 to 17, and children's tickets. Children under 7 enter free when accompanied by an adult. VIP tickets provide access to the exclusive Provinssi VIP lounge with premium restaurant services and dedicated facilities. Ticket upgrades will be available from autumn 2026. Payment options include online banking (Trustly), MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard, as well as Finnish culture vouchers (Edenred and Epassi).
Camping: Camp Provinssi
Camp Provinssi is the festival's own campsite located directly within the festival grounds, offering an immersive overnight experience at the heart of the action. The minimum age for the campsite is 7, with 14 and over recommended. Camping passes are purchased separately and are not included in the festival ticket. Alternatively, Seinäjoki city centre, just 3 km from the festival site, offers various accommodation options.
Getting There
- Train: Seinäjoki is well connected by rail. During the festival, shuttle buses operated by Härmän Liikenne run continuously between the station and the festival site.
- Bus: Festival buses connect Seinäjoki Travel Centre to the grounds; single tickets or a bus wristband available on board.
- Taxi: Official festival partner Keskustaksy offers rides for around €20 per car (1 to 4 passengers) from the station.
- Car: Parking near the festival site is very limited. The festival strongly recommends leaving your car in the city centre and taking the festival bus.
- Bicycle: Free bike parking is available near the main entrance.
Visitor Tips
- Buy tickets early: Provinssi regularly sells out before the full lineup is announced.
- Book accommodation well in advance; hotel capacity in Seinäjoki is limited during the festival.
- Download the Provinssi App for the latest program, site map and all essential festival information.
- Glass containers are prohibited throughout the festival area.
- The festival operates on a fully cashless basis; bring a card or use a payment app.
- In July, Seinäjoki enjoys the Finnish midnight sun: daylight lasts until nearly midnight for an unforgettable atmosphere.
