Rave The Planet Parade 2026 – IMAGINE LOVE
On Saturday, 15 August 2026, the Rave The Planet Parade returns to the streets of Berlin for the fifth time. From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the Straße des 17. Juni in Berlin's Tiergarten becomes the beating heart of global electronic music culture. Under the motto "IMAGINE LOVE", hundreds of thousands of ravers, more than 300 international artists and dozens of floats move between the Brandenburg Gate and the Großer Stern. Entry to the parade is entirely free.
What Is the Rave The Planet Parade?
The Rave The Planet Parade is not a conventional festival but a peaceful demonstration for peace, diversity and humanity, powered by the spirit of electronic music. It continues the legacy of the legendary Berlin Love Parade, founded by Dr. Motte. Music is the common language; dance is the expression of freedom and attitude. The 2026 edition is particularly symbolic: it marks the fifth anniversary of Rave The Planet and comes exactly 20 years after the last Love Parade in Berlin.
Highlights
- Free entry for everyone along the entire parade route
- More than 300 international DJs and artists across 34 floats
- Motto: IMAGINE LOVE, envisioned by Dr. Motte
- Route between Brandenburg Gate and Großer Stern
- Genres: Techno, House, Trance, Hard Techno, Acid, Melodic, Drum & Bass and more
- First-ever official afterparty at Columbiahalle Berlin

Line-Up (Selection)
The 2026 parade brings together an international line-up across 34 floats. Confirmed artists include Dr. Motte, Westbam, Maceo Plex, Pan-Pot, Timo Maas, Nakadia, Gary Beck, Teenage Mutants, Nicole Moudaber, Tommahawk, Hannah Laing, Juliet Fox, BEC, Anna Tur and Bloody Mary, among many others. The full float-by-float line-up is available on the official website.
Route & Schedule
All floats are positioned along the Straße des 17. Juni in both directions, between Brandenburg Gate and Großer Stern. The parade moves back and forth, turning just before the Brandenburg Gate and then heading west again. The western section of the Straße des 17. Juni is closed due to a major construction project expected to last until 2029. Instead of a central stage at the Großer Stern, every float serves as its own mobile stage in the middle of the crowd, keeping the event decentralised and accessible.
Official Afterparty
For the first time, Rave The Planet itself is hosting an official afterparty: IMAGINE LOVE at Columbiahalle Berlin. The event brings the energy of the parade directly to the dancefloor, celebrating five years of collective euphoria. Tickets are available separately through official pre-sale channels.
Political Demands
Rave The Planet stands for more than music. The organisation actively campaigns for the recognition of electronic music culture as a protected cultural asset, the abolition of dance bans and the protection of cultural venues such as clubs. Attendees are invited to carry this message onto the streets of Berlin together.
Visitor Tips
- The parade is free and open to everyone; dress appropriately for August weather in Berlin.
- Arrive early: the area around Brandenburg Gate, Tiergarten and Zoologischer Garten becomes very crowded during the afternoon.
- Travel by S-Bahn, U-Bahn or bus; parking in the Tiergarten area is extremely limited.
- Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid written parental consent form (Muttizettel).
- Book afterparty tickets in advance through official pre-sale; they sell out quickly.
- Reserve accommodation in Berlin-Mitte or near Tiergarten well in advance as the city fills up rapidly on this weekend.
