Welcome to Rocco del Schlacko in Püttlingen
Rocco del Schlacko was an independent open-air festival held annually from 1999 to 2025 on the Sauwasen site in Püttlingen, Saarland. The final edition took place from 7 to 9 August 2025. Organisers officially announced that there will be no further editions. Currently no new dates are known (TBA) – the festival has ended.

Program
Over the years Rocco del Schlacko featured acts from rock, punk, indie, alternative and hip-hop on multiple stages (including Sauwasen and Ponyhof). The final 2025 edition offered a strong line-up of international and German artists. There is no further programme after 2025 as the festival has been discontinued. Tickets
For the final 2025 edition weekend tickets were around €152–155, day tickets from approx. €83 and VIP options higher (up to approx. €249). Camping tickets cost an additional approx. €29. As the festival has ended, no tickets are currently available. The website remains online for a limited time and offered merchandise until August 2025. All figures refer to the final edition – no new prices or tickets exist (TBA).
Visitor Tips
- Previous travel advice: Enter “Am Frauenwald, 66793 Schwarzenholz” for navigation; shuttles from Saarbahn stops (e.g. Walpershofen/Etzenhofen) or Saarbrücken main station
- August weather in the region is often warm but changeable – sturdy shoes and weather protection were recommended
- Camping areas (including Green Camping) opened on the first day and closed the day after the final concerts
- The festival emphasised awareness and respectful interaction
- As no new dates are planned, consider alternative festivals in the Saarland / Southwest Germany region
