When does Rock in Roma 2027 take place?
Rock in Roma organizers have already confirmed the festival's return for summer 2027 (under the tagline "See you in 2027"), but specific dates, the stage program and the ticket sale start have not been announced yet. In recent years the festival traditionally ran from early June through late July or even into August, with concerts on several evenings per week. Where does Rock in Roma take place?
The main venue since 2009 has been the Ippodromo delle Capannelle, a historic horse racing track in southeast Rome on Via Appia Nuova; depending on the concert, the venue holds up to 45,000 people and is easily reached via the nearby Capannelle train station and several bus lines. In recent editions, additional concerts also took place at the Cavea of the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone, another well known open air stage in the city.

Rock in Roma is not a traditional festival packed into a few days but rather a concert series spread across several weeks during the Roman summer. Since its first edition in 2009, it has hosted international acts such as Bruce Springsteen, Radiohead, The Cure and Metallica alongside leading Italian artists.
