Welcome to the Saint-Malo Craft Beer Expo 2027 in Saint-Malo
The Saint-Malo Craft Beer Expo takes place from 19 to 21 March 2027 at Quai Saint-Malo and celebrates its 10th anniversary. In the historic port city with its distinctive maritime atmosphere, independent breweries from Brittany, France and abroad gather. Three days are dedicated to tastings, workshops, conferences and networking around craft beer.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
Friday starts at 09:30 as a professional-only day with the Carrefour de la filière brassicole and the national marketplace for craft beer. From 17:00 the expo opens to the general public with a Happy Hour. Saturday and Sunday are fully open to the public: doors open at 12:00, until 22:00 on Saturday and around 18:00 on Sunday. The programme includes continuous tastings, themed workshops, talks and the amateur brewing competition. Visitors can buy beers directly from the breweries to take home.
Tickets & Admission for Saint-Malo Craft Beer Expo Saint-Malo
Admission is charged and varies by day: Friday evening Happy Hour from 6 €, Saturday 10 €, Sunday 7 € and a weekend pass for Saturday and Sunday at 15 €. The official tasting glass is included in the ticket price. Additional tasting tokens are sold on site in packs (from approx. 4 €). Entry is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (ID required); minors accompanied by parents enter free. Tickets are available online via the official website and on site.
Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Saint-Malo
- Arrival by train to Saint-Malo is convenient; the venue is centrally located at the harbour. By car, nearby multi-storey car parks (including Saint-Vincent) and park-and-ride options are available.
- Ferry and plane (Dinard or Rennes) are further options, especially for international visitors.
- Book accommodation in the Intra-Muros old town or by the harbour early – the city is already popular in March.
- Bring comfortable shoes and weatherproof clothing; the maritime climate can be changeable.
- Allow enough time for tastings and conversations with the brewers and take advantage of the opportunity to buy beers to take away.
