Welcome to the Schlachte-Zauber in Bremen 2026
From 23 November to 23 December 2026, the Weser river promenade in Bremen transforms into a historical maritime winter village. The "Schlachte-Zauber" (Schlachte Magic) offers a unique alternative to classic Christmas markets: here, historical pirate ships, traditional craftsmanship, and a rugged yet welcoming seafaring atmosphere combine to transport visitors back in time.

The Schlachte-Zauber is open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM (often until 9:00 PM on weekends). Along the promenade, jugglers, craftsmen, and musicians in historical costumes regularly perform small shows and demonstrations. As darkness falls, torches, fire baskets, and blue-lit ships at the quay wrap the entire area in a mystical yet cozy glow.
Tickets
Entry to the Schlachte-Zauber on the Weser promenade is completely free. No tickets are required. Visitors can freely stroll among the stalls, marvel at the traditional crafts, and enjoy the wide range of food and drinks.
