Thursday 31 December 2026, doors/start 21:00, Bahnhofstraße 11, 26122 Oldenburg. On the 1st floor the party band Groove Society plays live funk, soul and groove (in the spirit of Blues Brothers, James Brown, Kool & The Gang). DJs Ismet Tolan and Jan Bunte spin rock, pop, disco, funk, soul and current chart hits. On the 2nd floor there is a karaoke bar; a chill area offers a quieter spot. A welcome drink is included until 23:00. Cloakroom about 2.50 euro. Organiser: Villon Veranstaltungen GmbH. Advance tickets from 24.50 euro (early bird while available).

Amadeus Klub – Silvester 2026 “Schnaps statt Böller”
31 December 2026, 22:00 to 1 January 2027, about 05:00, Mottenstraße 21, 26122 Oldenburg. DJs Mirko Schinski and Thi-Rex play indie, electro, hip-hop, rap, trap, rock, pop and hits. Admission from age 18. Tickets: early bird from 20 euro (from 1 Oct 2026), standard 25 euro, 4-ticket 90 euro including two bottles of sparkling wine (plus fees).

umBAUbar – Silvester @UmBAUbar
31 December 2026, 22:00 to 1 January 2027, about 06:00, Stau 25–27, 26122 Oldenburg. Club party with single and group tickets (4-person package includes one bottle of sparkling wine). Listed price range about 21.80 to 74.80 euro. Wheelchair access and accessible toilets are indicated.

Gleispark – Silvester 2026
31 December 2026, 20:00 to 1 January 2027, about 04:00, Bundesbahnweg, 26122 Oldenburg. Celebration in a marquee with DJs; no fireworks on site, but a view of the city’s fireworks. Ticket listed at about 21.80 euro.

Note: The former Cubes club closed in 2026 and is not hosting a New Year’s Eve party. Restaurants and smaller bars may still announce their own offers – check local listings close to the date.

• Getting there: Oldenburg main station is close to Kulturetage on Bahnhofstraße. Amadeus (Mottenstraße) and umBAUbar (Stau) are central and reachable on foot or by city bus. Gleispark is on Bundesbahnweg – check access and parking. By car, use inner-city parking; expect restrictions and heavier traffic on New Year’s Eve.
• Weather and clothing: New Year’s Eve in northern Germany is often cold, windy and wet. For indoor clubs, party wear plus a warm coat for the walk is enough; for Gleispark (marquee), pack extra layers and sturdy shoes.
• Where to stay: Book hotels and guesthouses in the centre and near the station early – demand rises for New Year’s Eve and the public holiday on 1 January. A central base helps if you switch between venues.
