From June 24 to 26, 2027, Sopron once again turns into a lively festival city. SopronFest is the successor to the legendary VOLT Festival, which ran in the same city for more than two decades before its final edition in 2022. The same founders and the city of Sopron created a new urban festival that combines concerts with a broad cultural program spread across town.

The main concerts traditionally run over three days at Lővér Kemping, while cultural events fill roughly twenty venues across the city center for a full week beforehand. Past editions have featured Azahriah, Halott Pénz and international acts such as The Prodigy. The complete 2027 line up has not yet been announced and will be published on the official website.

For the 2026 edition, single day tickets converted to roughly 38 euros, while a three day VIP pass was around 163 euros; prices were originally set in Hungarian forint.
