From October to November 2026, mushroom season draws visitors to Castile and León with fungi fairs, traveling exhibitions and guided tours across Soria, Segovia and Burgos. Foraging permits cost between 5 and 15 euros depending on the area and allow visitors to collect mushrooms in the forests.
