Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in St. Moritz
- Train travel via Chur to St. Moritz is the recommended route; from the village take the Chantarella funicular toward the site, then a festival shuttle or a short uphill walk to Salastrains.
- Early April weather can mix strong sun, wind and freezing nights: pack layered ski wear, winter boots, gloves, sunglasses and ear protection.
- Book hotels, hostels and apartments in St. Moritz and the Engadin early, as festival week fills quickly.
- To combine skiing and music, plan slope time on Corviglia or Corvatsch around set times and check lift-pass options separately.
- Cars are not allowed into the festival area; official shuttles and the RhB Rolling Rave train reduce arrival and departure stress.
