When and where does Sweden Rock Festival 2027 take place?
The Sweden Rock Festival runs from 9 to 12 June 2027 in Norje near Sölvesborg on Sweden's southern coast, right by the sea. Running since 1992, it is one of Scandinavia's most established and regularly held hard rock and heavy metal events; the 2026 edition drew over 40,000 visitors from more than 50 countries.
What is Sweden Rock Festival about?
Over four days and five stages, classic rock and metal legends share the bill with current genre stars, covering hard rock, heavy metal, classic rock and blues rock. The festival is also known for its unusually friendly, close knit atmosphere, often called the "Sweden Rock spirit", as well as a well run site with good food and short queues.

Who is playing Sweden Rock Festival 2027?
The lineup for 2027 has not been announced yet. Past editions have featured names such as Iron Maiden, Deep Purple, Volbeat, Slipknot, Scorpions, Ghost, Mötley Crüe, Judas Priest and Sabaton. Lineup updates are usually released from autumn of the previous year through the official website.
How much do tickets cost?
Confirmed ticket prices for 2027 are not yet available; sales usually open in autumn. As a reference point, the 2023 edition priced the regular 4 day ticket at 3798 SEK and the 3 day ticket at 3198 SEK, with VIP tickets costing noticeably more. Children aged 3 to 13 accompanying an adult receive a wristband for a symbolic fee. Tickets are sold officially through Ticketmaster; resale is only permitted through Ticketmaster's official resale function.
How do you get to the festival site in Norje?
The festival grounds are located at Norjebokevägen 2 near Sölvesborg. Most visitors travel by train to Sölvesborg and continue by shuttle bus or on foot, or drive and buy a parking ticket, also available through Ticketmaster. The nearest airport is Ronneby, with larger international connections through Malmö.
