Welcome to the SWR3 New Pop Festival 2026 in Baden-Baden
From September 17 to 19, 2026, Baden-Baden once again turns into the SWR3 New Pop City. Since 1994, broadcaster SWR3 has brought rising pop and rock newcomers to the spa town, with artists such as Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars having performed here early in their careers.

Program and Schedule: What to Expect in Baden-Baden
On Thursday, Gentleman opens the festival with a homecoming concert at the Kurhaus, followed by Clueso with the SWR Big Band at the Festspielhaus and Charlotte Cardin at the Theater. Friday brings FAYAN, Giant Rooks and ADMT to the three stages. Saturday starts in the afternoon with Holly Humberstone at the Kurhaus, continues with Sienna Spiro at the Festspielhaus and Luiza at the Theater, and closes with the CUPRA DJ Night. Beyond the ticketed concerts, the free program throughout the city center keeps the atmosphere lively even without a concert ticket.
Tickets and Admission for the SWR3 New Pop Festival
Tickets for the Kurhaus and Theater cost around 30 euros each, Festspielhaus tickets range between 19 and 39 euros depending on category, and the CUPRA DJ Night costs around 25 euros. Presale opened on July 9, 2026, exclusively through the official SWR3 ticket shop and the ticket service in the Kurhaus colonnades. The ticket price includes free travel by regional train within Baden Württemberg, Rhineland Palatinate and Saarland.
