TAPT Festival 2026 in Amsterdam takes place on 18 and 19 September at Rembrandtpark. TAPT is the Netherlands’ major drinks (borrel) festival, with 18 editions in 17 cities from May to September. According to the organiser, the 2026 Amsterdam West edition is the last one in Rembrandtpark after 11 years; TAPT returns to Amsterdam East at Flevopark in spring 2027. Admission is ticketed and the event is 18+.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
Friday 18 September 2026 runs as a Vrijmibo from 16:00 to 23:00. Saturday 19 September 2026 is open from 13:00 to 23:00. There is no published headliner timetable; the programme is built around drinking, eating, dancing and games on site. A detailed hour-by-hour show schedule is not listed on the official website. Updates are posted on taptfestival.nl and the Facebook event page.
TAPT tours nationally. The 2026 Amsterdam East edition at Flevopark (8–9 May) has already taken place. I amsterdam lists a provisional return to Amsterdam East on 8 and 9 May 2027 at Flevopark, Kramatweg, 1095 KD Amsterdam, and notes that 2027 dates and times are subject to change. Tickets are sold only via the edition ticket shop on taptfestival.nl (Weeztix). Official Amsterdam West 2026 prices: Friday Super Early 10.90 Euro, Early 12.90 Euro, Regular 14.90 Euro, Final 16.90 Euro. Saturday Super Early 15.90 Euro, Early 18.90 Euro, Regular 21.90 Euro, Final 24.90 Euro. Group tickets (5–25 people) with 10 percent off. A 2 Euro service fee is added per order. Maximum 20 tickets per order. No refunds; resale via TicketSwap. Lost tickets: weeztix.com/search. PIN-only payments on site. Tickets cover entry; food and drinks are extra. Amsterdam City Pass: up to 50 percent off entry ([email protected] or at the gate).
Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Amsterdam
- Entrance via Willem Schoutenstraat; cycling or public transport (9292 / NS) is recommended. Car parking is limited; the organiser advises against driving after drinking.
- Mid-September in Amsterdam is often mild, cooler in the evening – bring a layer and comfortable shoes. No smoking under the tents.
- Book accommodation in Amsterdam West or the city centre early for the festival weekend.
- Bring ID and your ticket (phone scan is enough). Re-entry is generally not allowed. Lockers at the entrance. 18+ only; no babies; assistance dogs only.
