From 29 November 2026 to 10 January 2027, Tartu's Town Hall Square (Raekoja plats) transforms into an enchanting winter wonderland known as the Light Village (Valgusküla). Moving away from traditional wooden chalets, this modern and artistic Christmas village features transparent glass pavilions that create a breathtaking, glowing architectural masterpiece during the dark Nordic winter months.
