What is Tauron Nowa Muzyka and when does it take place in 2027?
From 27 to 30 May 2027, the Katowice Culture Zone in Katowice, Poland, hosts the 22nd edition of Tauron Nowa Muzyka; one of Europe's most respected electronic music festivals. Three times named Best Small Festival in Europe at the European Festival Awards, it has spent more than two decades showcasing artists before they hit the mainstream, including Autechre, Flying Lotus, Bonobo, Fever Ray and Amon Tobin, all of whom played their first Polish shows here.
Where exactly in Katowice does the festival take place?
The venue is the Culture Zone (Strefa Kultury), a postindustrial site built on the grounds of the former KWK "Katowice" coal mine in Upper Silesia. Stages are set among the historic mine buildings, the NOSPR concert hall and the glass structures of the Silesian Museum, a backdrop that pairs the city's industrial past with futuristic sound.

The lineup centers on electronic, techno, jazz and modern experimental music.
