From 29 November 2026 to 6 January 2027, Piața Victoriei (Victory Square) in Timișoara transforms into a magnificent winter wonderland. Set against the stunning backdrop of the grand Orthodox Cathedral, this classic and visually spectacular Christmas Market offers a magical holiday experience. Program
The market welcomes visitors daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The program features live cultural performances, traditional folk music, and choir concerts on the main stage in Piața Victoriei. The grand festive lights are officially switched on at the beginning of December. Visitors can also enjoy festive carousels and glide across the central ice rink throughout the season.
Tickets
Admission to the Timișoara Christmas Market and its open areas is entirely free. No tickets or advance reservations are required, allowing everyone to freely wander through the festive squares.
