Top of the Mountain in Ischgl is Austria’s flagship ski-and-concert series in the Silvretta Arena. For winter 2026/2027 the opening show is set for 28 November 2026 at Silvrettaplatz in the village; Easter, spring and closing concerts follow on the Ischgl Stage at Idalp, around 2,300 metres above sea level. Skiing starts on 26 November 2026 and is scheduled through early May 2027.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026/2027

Top of the Mountain is a season-long concert series, not a single-weekend festival. The opening concert is held in the valley: in recent years a DJ set has warmed up the crowd from late afternoon, with the headliner around 18:00 against a floodlit mountain backdrop. Easter, spring and closing shows take place on the Ischgl Stage at Idalp. Lift access to the arena is typically possible from the morning, and mountain concerts often start at 13:00. Headliners for 2026/2027 had not been officially announced at the time of research. Previous line-ups have included Rita Ora, Robin Schulz, Ben Zucker, Christina Aguilera, Ellie Goulding, OneRepublic, Rihanna and Elton John.

Around the concerts, Ischgl stays a full ski resort. Spring Blanc frames the late season with firn snow, food events and extra mountain shows. Tickets & Admission for Top of the Mountain Ischgl

Admission is tied to the ski pass. For the Opening Concert on 28 November 2026 the official day pass including the show is 90 EUR for adults and 60 EUR for children. Multi-day passes of two days or more and Ischgl/Samnaun or Paznaun/Samnaun season tickets generally include concert entry. In the previous season, Easter and spring day passes including the concert were 95 EUR for adults and 60 EUR for children. Closing night can carry a premium: in 2026 the 1-day pass including the closing concert was 165 EUR for adults and 99 EUR for children, with 2-day and 3-day rates at 230 EUR and 274 EUR. Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Ischgl

• Reach Ischgl via Landeck in Tyrol, then the Paznaun Valley road. Park at the base stations and ride Silvrettabahn, Fimbabahn or Pardatschgratbahn. By public transport, take the train to Landeck-Zams and continue by bus.
• November opening nights are cold: winter layers, gloves and solid boots for the valley open-air site. Spring mountain shows need sun protection plus a warm layer for wind at 2,300 metres.
• Book lodging early. Concert weekends around 28 November 2026, Easter 2027 and 1 May 2027 sell out fast.
• For Idalp concerts, go up early. Carry a valid pass; some network tickets such as Snow Card Tirol are invalid or surcharged on concert days.
• Ski first, then move to the stage with time to spare. Ischgl is loud and crowded on event days; choose a quieter hotel if you want to sleep before first lifts.
