What is the Up To Date Festival?
The Up To Date Festival (UTDF) has been one of Poland's most important electronic and experimental music festivals since 2010. It takes place every year in Białystok, the largest city in northeastern Poland, and has built a reputation as a stronghold for ambient, abstract techno and underground sounds; programming is consistently guided by sound quality rather than social media reach.
When does the Up To Date Festival 2027 take place?
The exact date for 2027 has not been announced yet (TBA). In recent years the festival has typically taken place in early summer (the 2026 edition ran from 28 to 30 May), while earlier editions traditionally ran in September. This page will be updated as soon as the organisers announce new dates.
Where does the festival take place?
The festival traditionally spreads across several venues in Białystok. The weekend concerts and club events most recently took place in the parking areas of the Chorten Arena (the city's football stadium), a format UTDF already used between 2016 and 2021 and again in 2025. Other program parts, including the popular Ambient Salon, were held at the Galeria Arsenał Elektrownia art gallery and in Park Lubomirskich, an open air venue in the city center.

Prices for 2027 have not been published yet. For reference, in 2026 single day tickets for the outdoor park events cost around 214 to 235 Polish złoty, a weekend pass for the outdoor events was around 331 złoty, and full festival passes often sold out within weeks.
How do you get to the Up To Date Festival?
Białystok is located in northeastern Poland and can be reached from Warsaw by train or long distance bus in about two to three hours. Both the Chorten Arena and Park Lubomirskich are close to the city center and accessible by public transport; since venues can change from year to year, it is worth checking the organiser's latest travel information shortly before the festival.
