Welcome to the Vevey Riviera Noël 2026 in Vevey
From 20 November to 24 December 2026, Vevey Riviera Noël takes place in the charming town of Vevey on Lake Geneva. The Christmas market spreads across Place du Marché and Place Scanavin, combining a lakeside setting with festive lighting, regional exhibitors and cosy seating areas. Due to redevelopment works on Place du Marché, the main focus shifts more strongly to the Village de Noël at Place Scanavin, while the city remains fully integrated into the regional Riviera Noël programme.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
Vevey Riviera Noël offers a relaxed, after-work-friendly atmosphere with longer opening hours at weekends. Typical hours are Tuesday 15:00–22:00, Wednesday 12:00–22:00, Thursday and Friday 15:00–22:00, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00–22:00. Restaurants are open daily from 11:00 to 22:00. At Place Scanavin, chalets and Finnish kotas form the heart of the event with cosy seating around the fires. On and around Place du Marché you will find food stalls, regional products and the ice rink. The offer includes fondue, local specialities and crafts. Tickets & Admission for Vevey Riviera Noël Vevey
Admission to Vevey Riviera Noël is free of charge. Costs only arise for food, drinks, rides or optional activities such as the ice rink. There are no entry tickets. Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Vevey
- Arrival by train to Vevey station is ideal – the market is within walking distance. Use VMCV buses or the RailAway offer for discounted tickets.
- It can be cool and windy by the lake – warm, weatherproof clothing and sturdy shoes are recommended.
- Book accommodation in Vevey or along the Riviera (Montreux) early, as the Advent season is very popular in the region.
- Combine your visit with a stroll along the quay or a trip to Montreux for the larger Riviera Noël market.
- In the evening the lighting and atmosphere around the kotas are particularly atmospheric – ideal for an after-work visit.
