What is the Victorious Festival?
The Victorious Festival is the United Kingdom's largest metropolitan music festival, set right on the seafront at Southsea Common and Castle Field in Portsmouth, with views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. Known for its relaxed, family friendly end of summer atmosphere, the festival pairs international headliners with a huge free kids arena, comedy stages and street food from around the world.

Victorious Festival 2026 runs from Friday, 28 August, to Sunday, 30 August 2026, over the UK's summer bank holiday weekend. The site is Southsea Seafront in Portsmouth, Hampshire (PO5 3PA), just a short walk from the city centre. Gates open at 10:00 AM each day, last entry or re entry is at 8:00 PM, and the site closes at 11:00 PM.

What is the program at Victorious Festival 2026?
Alongside the two main stages, around nine further stages keep things varied, including a comedy and cabaret stage and three dedicated family and kids areas. The free Kids Arena offers crafts and games for younger visitors and is one of the festival's award winning highlights. Musically the lineup spans indie rock and pop through to electronic sounds and intimate acoustic sets. There is also a Real Ale Village with local craft beer, international street food, and vegan and gluten free options throughout the site.
How much do Victorious Festival tickets cost?
Day tickets start from around 76 GBP on early sale, with standard day tickets around 109 GBP. Weekend tickets without camping start from around 274 GBP, and weekend tickets with camping from around 285 GBP; camping is only available offsite at Farlington Fields, as there is no camping directly on the festival grounds. Payment plans are also available. Tickets are sold exclusively through the official website.
Visitor tips for Victorious Festival
- Southsea is mostly flat, making it easy to walk or cycle to the site; public transport links are also good.
- Outside food and drink is not allowed, except baby food and an empty or factory sealed water bottle.
- There is no re entry after 8:00 PM, so plan ahead if you plan to leave and come back later.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult, and Challenge 25 applies at all bars.
- Book accommodation in Southsea or central Portsmouth early, as the festival draws large crowds.
