Welcome to the Weiherer Bock Beer Tapping 2026 in Weiher
The traditional Weiherer Bock Beer Tapping 2026 takes place on 16 and 17 October at Brauerei-Gasthof Kundmüller in Weiher. The multi-award-winning Weiherer Bock and the Doppelbock Weiherer Rolator are tapped fresh from the barrel. Enjoy Franconian hospitality, homemade specialities and a lively atmosphere at one of Franconia’s most successful breweries.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
On Friday, 16 October 2026, the tapping begins at 11 am with roast goat, homemade Leberkäs, brewery schnitzel and more. On Saturday, 17 October, roast goat, brewery schnitzel and beer hocks are served from 11 am. Live music starts at 6 pm. The Weiherer Bock (pale bock, 6.6% ABV) and the stronger Doppelbock are served fresh from the barrel. This is a classic Franconian bock tapping with free admission – food and drinks are paid on site.

Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Weiher
- By car via the A70 (exit Viereth-Trunstadt) or from Bamberg (approx. 15 minutes). Parking is available on site.
- Public transport: Bus connections from Bamberg; check current schedules.
- Weatherproof clothing is recommended as parts of the event take place outdoors in the beer garden.
- Arrive early on Saturday as the event is very popular. Limited guest rooms at the brewery should be requested in advance.
