Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
The Andermatt Christmas Market is a one-day event on 28 November 2026. From 11:00 to 19:00 visitors can stroll through the festively decorated Kirch- und Rössligasse, discover handmade goods and get in the mood for the Christmas season with food and drink. Advent Market / Christkindlimarkt Altdorf
On 11 December 2026 from 14:00 to 21:00 around 70 community stalls transform the Unter- und Oberlehn in Altdorf into one of the most beautiful pre-Christmas markets in Central Switzerland. Many handmade artworks, Christmas scents and a festive atmosphere characterise the Christkindlimarkt in the historic Wilhelm Tell region. Admission is free.
Winter Market Andermatt Reuss
On 27 December 2026 the Winter Market Andermatt Reuss takes place. Regional producers offer alpine cheese, baked goods, dried meat, jams as well as handmade decorations, knitwear and woodwork. Attractions for children and a cosy winter atmosphere on Furkagasse complete the offer.

Admission to the Andermatt Christmas Market on 28 November 2026 is free of charge. The Christkindlimarkt in Altdorf and the Winter Market Andermatt Reuss are also free to enter.
