Welcome to the Weihnachtsmarkt Monheim 2026 in Monheim
The Weihnachtsmarkt Monheim 2026 takes place from 17 to 19 December in the historic old town on the market square. The town of Monheim and the ProGeMo traders’ association invite visitors to a small but fine Advent market set against a picturesque backdrop. On the three days before the fourth Sunday of Advent, guests can expect festively decorated stalls, regional specialities and a family-friendly supporting programme.

The market opens on Thursday 17 December and Friday 18 December from 17:00 to 20:00. On Saturday 19 December it runs from 15:00 to 20:00. In addition to the stalls, musical contributions from local bands and choirs create a festive mood. Children especially look forward to visits from St Nicholas and the Christ Child. The scent of mulled wine and fresh baked goods accompanies a stroll through the illuminated old town.
