On Saturday, 28 November 2026, the Advent Opening starts from 14:00 with traditional Horst decorating and the “Vreden sings!” stage programme until around 20:00. Choirs and groups perform Christmas songs while families decorate the large tree with baubles, stars and handmade ornaments. On Sunday, 29 November 2026, the programme continues from 14:00, alongside open Sunday shopping from 13:00 to 18:00. In addition to music and children’s activities, associations and food vendors provide a varied culinary offer.
