  • Weingut Zeimet-Conen from Wiltingen on the Saar – over 200 years of winemaking, now in its third generation
  • Familienweingut Kaufmann-Ziegler from Weyher on the Southern Wine Route – second-generation family estate
  • Weingut Holthof from Biebelnheim (Rheinhessen) – family winemaking heritage dating back to 1647, over 379 years of tradition

History & Tradition

The Radevormwald Wine Festival has been held since 2008, traditionally on the last weekend of June. It was founded by winemaker and restaurateur Schorsch Eger together with the then city event manager Hartmut Behrensmeier. Today the city of Radevormwald organises the festival independently, remaining true to the original concept. Many of the participating wineries have been present since the very first edition and now supply their loyal Radevormwald customers throughout the year.
