Wernigerode Christmas Market 2026 – Half-Timbered Magic beneath the Castle

The Wernigerode Christmas Market 2026 takes place from 20 November to 22 December on the market square, Breite Straße and Nicolaiplatz. Over 60 stalls in front of half-timbered houses and the castle, complemented by the Wintermarkt from 25 December and the Lichterzauber in Schierke, make Wernigerode one of the most beautiful Christmas destinations in the Harz.
