Welcome to the Zeltfestival Ruhr 2027 in Bochum
From 20 August to 5 September 2027 the Zeltfestival Ruhr transforms the grounds at Kemnader See on the border of Bochum and Witten into a white tent city. Over 17 days visitors can enjoy a varied programme of concerts, comedy, cabaret, family activities, an international craft market and diverse gastronomy. The unique lakeside location offers festival vibes with wooden floors, lighting and a relaxed atmosphere.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
The Zeltfestival Ruhr runs for 17 days from 20 August to 5 September 2027. The outdoor area opens weekdays from 4 p.m. and weekends from 12 p.m. until midnight. Concerts and shows change daily in the large event tents. Alongside music from pop, rock, indie and electronic genres there is comedy, cabaret and family programming. The Piazza and Market of Opportunities invite visitors to linger throughout the day. The detailed line-up and daily schedules are continuously updated on the official website.
Tickets & Admission for Zeltfestival Ruhr Bochum
Ground admission costs 5 euros in advance and 7 euros at the box office (cashless only). Children up to and including 11 years and holders of a concert ticket enjoy free access to the outdoor area. The ZfR-Card for all 17 days costs a one-time 19 euros and includes ground entry plus the special bus line. Concert tickets are sold separately and range from around 40 to 90 euros depending on the act and category. Tickets are available via the official website and Eventim.
