Welcome to the Züri-Wiesn 2026 in Zurich
The Züri-Wiesn is Zurich’s popular Oktoberfest right in the main station and celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026. From 24 September to 17 October the two-storey beer tent and beer garden turn the main hall into a Bavarian festival with live music, steins of beer and classic Wiesn specialities. Thousands of visitors enjoy the blue-and-white fun directly at the station.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
The 20th Züri-Wiesn runs from 24 September to 17 October 2026. The beer tent is open Wednesday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and closed Sunday to Tuesday. The beer garden is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Live music keeps the party going, and 1 October features “La Notte Italiana”. The official barrel-tapping ceremony “Ozapft is!” takes place on 24 September.
Tickets & Admission for Züri-Wiesn Zurich
Tickets for the beer tent start at approximately 37 Euro (Braumeister package) and go up to about 104 Euro (Wiesnkaiser package) per person including beer and food. The beer garden is free to enter. Reservations are made via the official website and Ticketcorner. Early booking is recommended, especially for weekends.
Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Zurich
- Best reached by public transport (SBB/ZVV) – the main station is the venue
- Bring a light jacket and use the free cloakroom
- Book hotels and accommodation in Zurich early as the city is busy in autumn
- Dirndl or lederhosen are welcome but not mandatory
