Program
The festival takes place across the cloisters, tents and dining areas of the Casa do Campino; different sections keep slightly different hours, generally running daily from noon into the early hours on weekends. At its core is the daily spotlight on a different Portuguese region and its traditional dishes, complemented by tastings, cooking demonstrations from well known chefs and a National Wine Salon featuring the country's wine regions. Live music, from DJs to fado and performances from the National Rural Song Competition, accompanies the culinary program throughout.
Tickets
Entry costs 2.50 euros and can be bought online through the BOL platform, as well as at well known outlets such as CTT, Worten and Fnac; tickets are also available at the Casa do Campino box office once the festival opens. Entry is free on weekdays until 6:00 PM, and visitors up to age 16 always enter free of charge.
