When does Flow Festival Helsinki 2027 take place?
The Flow Festival returns to Helsinki from 13 to 15 August 2027. The official announcement came on 17 August 2026, right after the 2026 edition wrapped up, alongside the launch of Super Early Bird tickets. Sales of these lowest priced tickets were limited to one week and closed on 24 August 2026.
Where does Flow Festival take place? (Suvilahti, Helsinki)
As every year, the venue is Suvilahti (Kaasutehtaankatu 1, 00540 Helsinki), a former power plant area just a short walk from Helsinki's city centre. Disused industrial buildings, gasometers and brick halls have shaped the festival's distinctive setting since 2007, making it one of the few boutique style major festivals in Europe located right inside a capital city.

What can visitors expect at Flow Festival?
Since 2004, Flow has combined top international music (indie, pop, electronic and club sounds) with a broad art and culture program. Alongside multiple stages, the concept includes exhibitions, talks, fashion presentations and an especially high quality food offering featuring Helsinki's best restaurants. Nordic design runs through both the stage production and the whole site; the festival is also considered one of the world's first carbon neutral music festivals. Around 91,000 visitors attended in 2026, and the 2027 lineup will be revealed gradually over the coming months.
How much do Flow Festival 2027 tickets cost?
The time limited Super Early Bird tickets were priced at 229 euros for a standard 3 day ticket and 349 euros for a 3 day Platinum ticket, which includes access to the Nordea Platinum area inside the festival's iconic gasometer. Prices typically rise in several stages once the Super Early Bird phase ends. Tickets are available through Flow's official ticket shop and through Tiketti. The festival is 18+ only, and no camping is offered on site.
How do you get to Flow Festival in Suvilahti?
Suvilahti sits right next to Kalasatama metro station (M2 line), just a short walk from the festival area, and Sörnäinen station is also within walking distance. Trams and bus routes stop close by as well. From Helsinki Vantaa Airport, the train reaches the city centre in about 30 minutes, connecting directly to the metro toward Kalasatama. On site parking is limited, so travelling by public transport is recommended.
