Visitor Tips: Travel and Accommodation in Köflach
- Since the town center is closed for the parade, arriving early with extra time is a good idea
- Evenings in late November are already cold, so warm clothing, a hat and sturdy shoes are advisable
- Köflach lies in western Styria and is about half an hour by car from Graz
- Visitors traveling from further away should book accommodation in the region well ahead given the large crowds expected
- Families with young children may prefer a spot slightly away from the wildest Krampus groups
