On December 13, 2026, the traditional Krampus Run once again moves through Munich's city center. Around 300 costumed Krampus figures, Perchten and Klause fill the pedestrian zone for two hours while the Christmas Market at Marienplatz is in full swing nearby.

Program and Schedule: What to Expect in Munich

The parade begins around 3:00 p.m. at Augustinerstraße and Kaufinger Straße, then continues through Färbergraben, Rosental, Sendlinger Straße, Dultstraße, Oberanger and Rindermarkt to Petersplatz. From there the run reaches the Viktualienmarkt and the Old Town Hall around 5:00 p.m., right beside the Christmas Market.
