Visitor Tips
- As the city center gets very crowded, utilizing the Park & Ride (P&R) facilities on the outskirts of the city is highly recommended.
- Be sure to try "Leipziger Kräppelchen" (sweet fried dough pastry) and regional mulled wine.
- Visit the market after dark to see the magnificent Christmas tree and the Old Town Hall beautifully illuminated.
- Note that on the final day (23 December), the stalls typically close a bit earlier in the evening.
