Welcome to the RESET Jazz Festival 2027 in Luxembourg
The RESET Jazz Festival 2027 brings eight outstanding European jazz musicians together for an intensive week-long residency at neimënster in Luxembourg City. Through improvisation, dialogue and collective experimentation they create new musical forms that are then shared with the public in a series of concerts.
Highlights & Attractions at RESET Jazz Festival in Luxembourg
- One-week artistic residency featuring eight musicians from eight European countries
- Strong focus on gender parity and cross-cultural exchange
- Jazz crawl across several venues in the city (often free of charge)
- Solo evenings where each artist presents their personal musical universe
- Closing concert with the full ensemble
- Curated by leading figures of the European jazz scene (recently Pascal Schumacher)
- Intimate atmosphere inside the historic neimënster abbey in the Grund district
Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
Exact dates and the full programme for the 10th edition in 2027 have not yet been announced (as of October 2026). In previous years the residency took place in the second half of January and featured three public evenings: a jazz crawl through different locations, a solo night and a grand closing concert. During the week the musicians work intensively together and then present spontaneous, newly created music. Updated information will be published in good time on the official neimënster website.
